If a player signed waiver, then the user was locked and you could not edit it anymore
Waiver must be signed by the player
Player can only play until he/she signed waiver
When delete a player who signed waiver with games between add time and delete time,
the player will be marked as LEFT. And you cannot add him back anymore.
Each team can have two sets of jersey number.
It's ok to only have one set of jersey number. Please leave the other set empty.
If a player didn't has a fixed jersey number, leave it empty.
